A residential system was installed in Yarmouth, MA in 2006 and has a design flow of 44,800 gpd. This system serves 136 homes; currently half of the homes have been constructed. Since startup, the final effluent has averaged 6.7 mg/l of TN, 7.3 mg/l of BOD, and 6.1 mg/l of TSS. In 2009-2010 the average removal rate for TN was 93%.
