Innovative RUCK Systems, Inc. will guarantee that any residential RUCK System built after January 1, 2010 will remove over 80% of the Total Nitrogen in the effluent passing through the RUCK system 90% of the time subject to the following conditions:

1. The system construction was observed and approved by IRUCKS, Inc.
2. The system is operated by IRUCKS, Inc.
3. The raw wastewater temperature is at least 49 degrees Fahrenheit. (Normal wastewater is
at least 49 degrees Fahrenheit. If the temperature is too low due to some operational
condition, then the system will not work because of the slower microbial metabolism.)
4. The Total Nitrogen concentration of the raw wastewater is less than 120 milligrams per liter.
5. There is nothing discharged to the wastewater other than normal constituents. The
discharge of excessive antiseptics or disinfection chemicals will kill off the beneficial
bacteria. The discharge of paint or other chemicals that are not supposed to be discharged
into wastewater will void the warranty.

Once notified of a request to investigate the performance of a Residential RUCK system, we will do the following:

1.      Perform field and laboratory tests of the raw wastewater, the fluid leaving the Ruck Filter
and the final effluent. The tests will be the following; BOD, TSS, TN, Alkalinity, HPC, pH,
        Dissolved Oxygen and temperature.

2.      Perform field inspection of the vents and MicroC feed including calibration.

3.      Analyze the performance based on the test results.

4.      If the tests prove that that some foreign material was discharged based on low HPC
populations, the cost of tests and labor will be borne by the consumer.

5.      If the tests prove that the TN concentration is excessively high or over 120 mg/l, IRUCKS
will add a  pH adjustment to the waste water stream.

6.      If the water is too cold, we will recommend that the system be investigated for illicit
discharge of melt water. In that case, the consumer pays for the labor and tests.

7.      If the filters fail to work, we reserve the right to expose a portion of the filter to see if the
upper surface is permeable. If the filter is clogged,  we will recommend the addition of
bacteria and an air feed. The consumer must pay for the labor, bacteria ad use of the
        aerator.

8.      Prepare a written report. If the system fails to meet the criteria, we will, at no cost, add
whatever material and alterations are needed to bring the system into conformance with
        the permit.
